Stolen Vehicle Found

Residents on Ash Road, Chelsfield made a report to police of a vehicle parked on their road which had not been moved for around 4 months. 

Your local Chelsfield SNT officers PC Sevenoaks and PC Vidamo attended at the beginning of the week and began investigating the vehicle. Enquiries revealed that the parked vehicle was on cloned number plates, and the car was registered to an address in Sittingbourne, Kent. Officers PC Sevenoaks, PC Vidamo and PCSO Sandhu reattended Ash Road again this morning to carry out further investigation of the vehicle parked and discovered a receipt in the footwell of car that linked the vehicle to a incident in Newham, East London where this vehicle had been stolen from a car park.

The vehicle has now been removed by the police and taken to the pound to prevent the vehicle being used in crime. Both victims of the stolen vehicle and the of the cloned plates have been contacted and were very happy we'd managed to locate the vehicle.
